Provincial Emergency Program (PEP)

The Saanich Fire Department is responsible for the Saanich Emergency Program which is reviewed and revised annually. The Community Liaison Team and Emergency Preparedness volunteers meet with community groups and neighbourhood associations to discuss earthquake and emergency preparedness initiatives.

The Provincial Emergency Program (PEP) is a part of the Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General, of the Government of British Columbia.

PEP has its headquarters in Victoria and incorporates six regional offices in Surrey, Kamloops, Nelson, Terrace, Prince George and Victoria. Please click on the logo to go to their web site for further information.
