ARSON
11 People Escape With Their Lives
In the Early morning hours of May 30, 2010, Fire and Police personnel attended a house fire on the 200 block of Maddock Avenue in Saanich. By the time they arrived, the house was already fully engulfed in flames. Fortunately, all the occupants had gotten out in time.
The fire has been confirmed to be an arson, which originated on the exterior of the home. The home was destroyed, replacement value is $400,000.
