As of January 13th, no new charges have been laid against Jason Walker.  The primary investigator is submitting the lengthy report on the initial charges – Fraud, Utter Forged Document and False Affidavit – to Crown this week in preparation for Walker’s scheduled court appearance on January 21st. 

This investigation is not over though and additional charges stemming from the file are anticipated.   Along with the investigation into his private practice at Health Point Consulting Inc, officers are looking into any testimony Walker may have presented as a Reserve Constable.  The concern regarding this testimony relates to Walker identifying himself as a “Doctor” while on the stand or on any documents presented to the Courts before or during the trial.
