Foul play has been ruled out in the death of the woman found floating in Kings Pond on Friday January 8th.  A forensic autopsy was performed yesterday in Vancouver, the results of which supported other evidence suggesting her death was not due to a criminal act.

Saanich Police have concluded their investigation into this matter, and extend condolences to the family and friends of this woman.  Her name will not be released.
